This Ethiopian coffee comes from region of Guji and is processed by experienced farmers of the Hassan family who specialize exclusively in natural processed coffees. The coffee gives a complex range of fruit and berry flavors with a syrupy sweetness. What makes this natural process coffee so exceptional is the high elevation and dense tree coverage making direct sunlight a struggle to reach to the drying beds. This means it takes longer for the coffee to dry out and that longer process means a longer micro-fermentation from the coffee cherries. This coffee is for those enjoy a complex, fruity cup!
